Class Program Manager 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Class Program Manager to join our team. 

Spiritual Requirements:

The Class Program Manager must:

Be in agreement with Love INC s Statement of Faith and Statement on Scripture

Be in personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Meet foundational character/spiritual qualifications of a biblical leader

1. Above reproach (I Timothy 3:2, Titus 1:7)

2. Demonstrate Godly character (I Timothy 3:2-3, 8; Titus 1:6-8)

3. Good reputation with outsiders/non-believers (I Timothy 3:7)

Key Responsibilities:

Work with key volunteers to plan for upcoming class sessions

Create marketing material for upcoming class sessions

Oversee and attend the evening class sessions (classes are held Monday nights)

Train class night volunteers

Oversee the Incentive program

Required Qualifications:

Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Meet).

Familiarity with Canva.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Work Environment:

This position is based at our office. Position hours would be 15-20 hours per week.
